The Enneagram is a tool that invites people to grow in understanding and compassion, first for themselves and also of others. In this virtual 90-minute workshop on Tuesday, October 8th from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm (Eastern), ICF ACC certified coach, Christian educator, and Enneagram coach Sophie Maness will lead UKirk Network ministers, students, and volunteers to:
- Have a basic understanding of the Enneagram as a tool for self-exploration
- See the gifts, perspectives, and growing edges of each Enneagram number
- Explore the gifts of their own Enneagram type
- Understand the perspectives of the other Enneagram types to help you see the beauty of the whole and live out both the Golden Rule and the Platinum Rule
- Integrate their learning as participants and leaders in school, at work, in their faith community and personal lives
Cost for this 90-minute workshop is FREE. To receive the zoom link, all participants (students, ministers, chaplains, staff, volunteers) need to register individually by September 13th using our 2025-25 program registration form. Participants are encouraged but not required to take an online Enneagram assessment before the workshop on October 7th.
Sophie will also lead a monthly virtual 3-session cohort in October, November, and December for UKirk Network Leaders who want to spend time with other campus ministers and chaplains delving more deeply into their Enneagram type, how it shapes them as an individual and leader, and discern how God is inviting them to grow personally, spiritually, and professionally. Cost is $30, and participants will receive access to a professional Enneagram assessment that will allow them to deepen their knowledge of their personal gifts, strengths and opportunities for growth. Registration via our 2024-25 program registration form is required by September 13th.
These opportunities are subsidized by UKirk National and a discernment grant from The Forum for Theological Exploration.
