Young adults need active communal support as they discern meaning, purpose, and God’s call in their lives. FTE has two grant opportunities for UKirk Network Leaders to consider:
Discernment Lab for Collegiate and Congregational Leaders – For 18 months, participants will be introduced to FTE’s DISCERN Together Framework, which introduces FTE’s proven six disciplines of discernment and the science behind their efficacy. Using a grant of up to $15,000, participants will develop a project to experiment with the disciplines in their unique contexts. Mentoring Grant for Ministry Professionals – FTE provides support to church and faith leaders interested in exploring ministry as a vocation with young adults the opportunity to receive a $2,000 grant to develop a Ministry Exploration and Mentoring Project.
